Dear Community

If you have justed started playing and have been given a new account or if you have been playing for sometime and been offered a new account, this post is for you.
I will explain to everyone how Account Exchanges are done currently, in the future there will be a system ingame to do this.


1. Go to the Tab "Staff Members"

2. Start a New Conversation with Game & Board Administrator, currently @Stv3N

Note: If you do not know how to send Private Messages read the following: HowTo: Send Private Message


3. Inform GA/BA of Accounts to be exchanged.
In your Private message be sure to include
- Ingame Nickname of both players
- Board Nickname of both players

4. New Conversation will be created with both players, BA and @RaVenC
If you wish to speed things up you can include all participants in the conversation yourself.
Information included in New Conversation
- Ingame Nickname of both Players
- ID of both Players


5. Account exchange must be agreed by both players for RaVenC to proceed.
Players wishing to exchange account must agree on this: "I Agree with the Account Exchange"
- Once this is done RaVenC will confirm emails of both players and exchange accounts.


Congratulations Your Account has been Exchanged correctly!


Note: You do NOT have to give login details to any player or staff member.
Opcional: Its recomended to follow Step 3, in the case there is any problem this will be solved by BA and time will be saved althought you can contact RaVenC directly.

Version 12.0. Allows players to Exchange Accounts ingame now.

1. Log into your Account
2. Select "Options" from the Menu
3. In "General" select ON for account exchange and click Save
4. Select "Account Exchange" from the top bar.
5. Insert player nickname
6. Once the Player and Game Operator has acepted this request, both accounts will be exchanged.

Note: Both Players must turn ON Account Exchange. 10hs Delay untill GO can accept the Account Exchange
