Criticisms: Criticisms are accepted by any user of the Board, (a member of the Team is not considered User),except if that criticism is considered ironic or sarcastic, or if the

You must make a constructive, clear and objective criticism, avoiding SPAM, and in this way help the Team and improve the argument in question. In every moment, prevails the rule number 10 of of the Board Rules.

Rule Nº 10 (LINK) is applied when there are disrespect and insults. All users of the Board (including Team) deserve respect and, therefore,
all the posts and private messages (PM) aimed to provoke, disrespect, or create dissension, may be punished. In addition, this Board allows under-aged users (-18s) and therefore this rule becomes even more important.

Users are reminded that the use of capital letters is considered disrespectful, because it is considered like shouting and therefore this situation is regulated by the same rule.

For a best performance it is recommended that in the case of any action by a member of the Team, after trying to solve it with the member in question, you will have the opportunity to solve it with the hierarchical superior. Once you have exhausted all the possible options, then you can thank or criticize the way the matter was handled.
