Shit...amazing the guy was inactive and when I did the attack he became active again....

I went to check again his inactive status and I notice that the account looked inactive still....

Well, there is definitely a bug somewhere that allow an account to be played without changing the inactive status, can you check please.

Someone hit moments before him, kill troops, and took the resources, thats why he got so little. Pure logic.

yes, have in mind he was in V mode until today,
maybe he did not have resources at all, propably he used it before going to vacation.

Hes not that long out of umod if i understood it right. Maybe the depots were nearly empty before (except for ammonition)

How much time passed between those two reports? I farm every inactive building between 100-300 several times a day, and Im not the only one. You just missed, nothing else.

What do you mean superfast? How do you know when other people sent their attacks? Just because they LAND before you doesnt mean anything...

And inactives often have troops in queue that are still finishing. At buildings with bad bootcamps, it can be many days before the queue is emptied.

Thats a player that has his Vmode removed after 30 days, am I wrong? He just became available for farming, its why he still has queue.
