Not that would be needing to make this post, but just to clearify:
It is not needed to be too intelligent, to understand that:
1. Not all the attacks made during the War were posted in this Board (in case that we want to make the accounting of which Alliance lost more points).
2. It is impossible to know who loose more or less points during a War (there are even cases that enter new members in the Alliances during a WAR, and the General points of the Alliance rises).
3. This just can be solved with a new feature in the Game (in the future) that makes the sum of points lost for each Alliance involved in the WAR).
4. We could count the attacks posted in the thread [War Reports] and make the sum, right? NO, because we already have lots of things to do to keep this game running and it is just supported by the good will of some users that want to help. So, we already have enough to take care. Even if any member of staff catches his calculation machine and make the sum, it would appear somebody that wouldn't agree or say that the accounting to see who lost more points/resources/whatever wasn't right!
5. So, this lead to the conclusion that, as said before, a WAR just can have a Winner when a Family surrender. There was no surrender, the War finished without winners or losers. This is a DRAW!
If one of the Alliances are not satisfied with the result of the WAR, it can declare WAR AGAIN after one week (in the case of PDC because they made the opened the WAR DECLARATION) or right now (in the case of POLLOS, because they were the Family caught in a WAR DECLARATION), as it says in the WAR RULES:
§5 End of the War
The War ends when one of the parts involved in the War declares itself as defeated (by posting it on the thread [War Declaration]) by its Capo or SubCapo and the Alliance enemy declares that accepts the surrender (by its Capo or SubCapo).
(...)
- If the War gets silent for more than 7 days , meaning, if not relevant Battle Reports are appearing, then this War is considered as ended and the Bashing Rule Exemption is automatically annulled.
