    On your opinion one player can send resources to another player without return if: 41

    §5 Pushing


    Definition / Prohibition:
    Pushing means to send resources to another account without evidence of an immediate return service. This is only allowed when the account being pushed has a lesser game score than the account sending the resources. Pushing does not only cover the simple sending of resources, but as a few EXAMPLES, it could also cover:

    - presenting resources on a building for later retrieval using (multiple) attacks;

    - additional means and possibilities where one account gets resources without sending back some.

    A Game Operator should always be informed and permission sought for movement of resources from a lower ranked player to a higher ranked player without an immediate return service.


    Exemption:
    - After an attack the alliance and its respective wings are allowed to send resources to the damaged account in order to provide help in reconstruction. The amount of resources sent must not exceed the damaged cause to the account the resources are sent to. The account getting reconstruction help is required to prove the case to the Game Operator IN ADVANCE of any shipments so the game operator can see the combat report. Attacking an account will not be grounds for reconstruction assistance.



    The question in here that seems to me that must be discussed is, what is in red: This is only allowed when the account being pushed has a lesser game score than the account sending the resources. .

    How do we consider a player that we are helping with resources to have an account "inferior" than ours and that may allow the "pushing" not being considered "pushing" but "helping a weaker player"?

    So I kind of suggest this solution to be voted.

    On your opinion one player can send resources to another player without return (and not being considered "pushing") if:
    1. He has the maximum of 50% of the total points (in the rank) of the player that he is helping with resources.
    2. He has the maximum of 40% of the total points (in the rank) of the player that he is helping with resources.
    3. He has the maximum of 30% of the total points (in the rank) of the player that he is helping with resources.
    4. He has the maximum of 20% of the total points (in the rank) of the player that he is helping with resources.
    5. He has the maximum of 10% of the total points (in the rank) of the player that he is helping with resources.
    6. No restrictions. Any player with less points (no matter the percentage) can be helped without being considered "Pushing".


    Please if you have any better suggestion or something that you consider to be a "better" or more "reasonable" criteria for this matter, post it, give your opinion, help with your feedback to make this game pleasant for all of us.

    1. 50% - He can help players with a max of 50k Points
    2. 40% - He can help players with a max of 40k Points
    3. 30% - He can help players with a max of 30k Points
    4. 20% - He can help players with a max of 20k Points
    5. 10% - He can help players with a max of 10k Points

    Is this Correct?

    So after that, i think so its no abusive, 3. Would be the answer i would choose.

    Yes, totally correct! ;)

  • There should not be some strict rules.
    Server admin can see what is happening and decide what is pushing.
    If someone helps stronger player from ally to boost his troops, its pushing, if you help someone to rebuild, or help new players to get on their feet faster it is not pushing.
    It should be simple as that.
  • Yo lo veo como algo absurdo lo q proponen dejen las reglas como estan, cuando cambien las reglas y a los mari co. Nes de. Los tops no les convengan van llorar para q las cambien y otra ves lo mismo la verdad es q dan lastima por q no dan una lista y q les armen el juego como ustedes quieran

    Ya cambiaron lo de base que solo beneficio a los grandes por q tenian buena produccion mas sus mulrticuentas y sacaron ocupas rapido ahora esto, algo mas?
  • Well generally I think it is unnecessary to enforce such rulle ..Maybe it is somehow reasonable to put a limit of 50 % , but not 10% that most of the people vote for here .

    At the moment most of players are engaged in leveling up their research , and there is not such a huge gap between their points .
    There could be such situation , when players help each other to raise their research levels for unlocking mercenaries .
    Enforcing this rule means that a person who wants to help another players should always make calculations and watch out if he meets this proportions. This means an additional burden on many players.

    What if occasionally a player forgets to calculate the point difference , or the player who is being helped collects some points during the transport mission? And admin decides to ban the player for 0.01 % of divergence ( the limit is exceeded )

    Then we would again see Ditone ( or sm other players) crying here for this " intentional " ban and threatening you that they will leave with the whole family , soundly banging the door :D?
    There would be many dramas here ...

    La unica regla valedera para este caso debiria ser que pertenezcan al mismo clan. y que este comprobado que sean usuarios distintas.
    dentro del clan no debe existir esta regla, para afuera del clan, entrarian las reglas de comercio!
    y LO MAS IMPORTANTE! ES QUE NO SEA FLEXIBLE, QUE ESTO SEA PARA TODOS IGUAL SIEMPRE!!!!!
    que esto funcione siempre igual, que jamas se cambie, y por mas que se expongan multiples demandas, quejas, o excusas. no debe de nunca modificarce y los GO tienen que ser implacables siempre!.
    porque si implementas reglas que regularizan situaciones para algunos y para otros es FLEXIBLE, indudablemente la labor de las personas encargadas de controlar estas regulaciones SE TOMARA COMO POCO SERIO y siempre dara a lugar a cientos de RECLAMOS!
    esto la aclaro porque a mi y a mi clan nos a tocado de cerca!.
    POR LO TANTO. y para cerrar la idea que expongo es que la AYUDA entre usuarios solo se de entre usuarios que compartan clan y sean usuarios declarados como diferentes.
    si el traspaso de recursos se da entre usuarios de distinto clan debera ser indefectiblemente en forma de COMERCIO al 3/5/1 que es el intercambio OFICIAL.
